Crystal Palace Ballroom

My experience, horrible they work with payments and beautiful hall but a list of things that made it bad experience. originally, when booking hall, we were told we can adjust package and bring in extra food. Tried to adjust package hall was not reasonable.day before event we were told we could not bring extra food. Hall forgot details on dinner course we picked, for one, they asked if barbecue sauce on the side or on the brisket we asked on the side they forgot barbecue sauce altogether.. package comes with event coordinator! did not meet her till day before event. DJ did not meet us Till day of event, and my husband had to sit with him during event to go over program. very inconvenient due to him missing photos with family because of the time spent with DJ and even then messed up program order. Hall stop serving guests because we reached 100 capacity for dinner, but there was still a lot of food left and were told that we would take it home not serve it out till it’s gone. Had some guest Leave because apparently there has to be a table, full for them to serve food, and hall was spliting up families to fill tables. If you were not at a specific table, you did not get a plate was not aware of this before event. VIP room advertised is only for changing no kids allowed. my phone got locked in the VIP room after helping daughter change out of dress to fun dance outfit and I was not able to take pictures of the event on my personal phone because they would not unlock the door. chocolate fountain advertised was never displayed, hall handed Out small trays with one marshmallow one strawberry, one rice crispy, and one pretzel drizzled with chocolate! Head of security (also manager) was asked to collect passes for the minors coming to the event, and enforce dress code .never collected anything and was never outside too busy guarding the locked VIP room. A guest informed me that a minor was throwing up. There was throw up all in the front coming into the hall. Went immediately to check on the minors since they had made their way to the bathroom, and the minor was throwing up in the sink when I walked in as I was speaking to her apparently, it was her mother with her. I had asked them to leave the hall because the minors were not allowed to be drinking, and they refused and gave me a hard time. I asked the waitress that she was walking into the bathroom to have them removed and she informed head of security that took forever. By the time he arrived the situation had escalated to a physical altercation. Because of this situation, everyone was basically kicked out of the hall, and he locked the doors and no one was allowed to retrieve their belongings. waited until PD showed up and hall manager proceeded to give out my information and also coarse the guests that were asked to be removed to press charges on myself for the altercation. Keep in mind they were asked to be removed because they had a minor intoxicated throwing up everywhere. and decided to be disrespectful, which turned into an altercation. Have reached out to try and get owners info before making a review, but have not been successful. Manager will not give me information and I also have not been contacted by owner still missing belongings that apparently didn’t get turned in according to Hall manager. This is only a few things that went wrong. Family and friends have events booked at this place and are currently pulling out because of what happened that night and how unprofessional this place is run. I have also decided to take my second daughter 2024 quince elsewhere. Even though we have to walk away from the deposit and payments are already made on the hall for that date. Horrible, horrible experience for me and my family.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. Armando helped us every step of the way & he honored every promise he made! Also the even coordinator that helped us the evening of the wedding with Armando was awesome! She was kind and I felt like she was part of the family! Of course with any even there are hiccups (names spelled wrong on the Photo Booth photos) but those little things mean nothing really when the staff is so amazing and you know they genuinely care! Mr. Armando was even in tears when he spoke with me the day before the wedding when he expressed how much he understood what it takes to give our children the best wedding ever.

There's new management and the service was awful. They cut the party and wanted us out before 1 with all of our stuff. The party was from 7-1 and they kept threatening to lock their doors right at 1. They stopped the music at 12:40. They didn't serve our food how they promised, they ruined the whole vibe with their awful attitude. It's a pretty ballroom but not worth the money AT ALL.

They dont deserve not even a star they changed managment and they don't give the beer that was asked so all of the guest bought their beer because they didn't want to change it even though it was in the contract, their margarita and pina coladas were awful just ice, no flavor at all and their waitresses the worst just young girls who kept hanging out together and taking forever to bring you soda. Ballroom its really pretty unfortunately do not recommend.

I would like to thank Crystal Palace staff for an unforgettable night!! Everything came out perfect, the catering was great: warm food and served on time! Our event coordinator was always paying attention to details so that everything was as expected. The DJ was very professional, we spoke to him a few days prior to our event to explain the music we wanted and he respected our preferences. This was our second time we had an event here and we will definitely continue to choose Crystal Palace for our future corporate events! 100% recommended!
